As a landscape photographer, I appreciate a good base when exploring new places, and La Paloma offered just that. Nestled in a pleasant area, it's conveniently located just two minutes from the metro station-perfect for a quick dash into the heart of the city or escaping for a day of photo-hunting. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, combined with modern bathrooms that make for a comfortable retreat after a long day. I even enjoyed a room upgrade, which was a delightful surprise! The reception staff are friendly and helpful; they even assisted us with luggage storage after check-out. While the hotel has its luxury touches, such as air conditioning and a welcoming drink, it's also budget-friendly considering its central location and the basic amenities provided. La Paloma strikes a sensible balance between cost and comfort, making it an excellent choice for travelers seeking a reliable and peaceful retreat without breaking the bank in a bustling city. If you're looking for a sensible stopover, it could be worth considering.
